I was feeling much better by dinner time last night and managed to eat my steak.
I had my weekly physio appointment first thing this morning which was even more uncomfortable than usual as my jabbed arm is still feeling really sore.
A full day of housework and a fairly quiet afternoon. D has had the day off and finished painting the shed and planted all the wild flower seeds.
