Life, not as we see it.

From the Little Tiger beach shack, Benaulim

Sue sorted, GOT's Hydrocortisone and shade has worked so today is beach day. Got a lurking taxi the couple of miles to the bit of beach we wanted, for Rs100, saving 3/4s of an hour walk in the raging heat, well 28 and heading up, up, up.
The sea was much calmer at 10 o'clock so we had an enjoyable swim (Bath temperature) and another later when both temperature and surf were up. I now know what a stuffed toy must feel like in a washing machine.
Strange to report that today is the first time I've felt really relaxed. 3 days left out of 30 and now I manage to forget all my woes, real or imagined.
Nothing much to snap on the beach (sorry Bill ) as most of the Ruskis are too wide for my lens. Not entirely true, but my they do breed them big.

Think the beach is going to feature prominently for the remaining days, other than Sunday when we are travelling up to Mumbai to catch the 02:05 Monday flight to Paris CDG, then on to Edinburgh.
I see that CPGC was closed for a time today due to snow. Oh Joy!
