Trimmings

I’ve been doing some tidying up in my late aunt’s garden ahead of some work being undertaken there.

This has involved some “trimmings”. The size of this trunk rightly implies that some of the pruning has been more substantive. I love the cracked surface which is in direct contrast to newer growth.

At least the weather was mild and mainly dry as I filled the car for the trip to the top.
