Farm Yard Animals

I managed a day in the office today, including three meetings.  So this evening I am resting whilst Andy is at dog training with Merlin.  I await the verdict as to how that went - last week we had to shut Merlin in a room on his own where he was supposed to sit quietly for between 2 and 5 minutes.  Of course Merlin being his inquisitive self spent a minute or two investigating the room, then tapped on the door to ask to be let out.  I think we may have to do quite a bit of practicing of that particular task before we have it mastered! 

I meant to take a photo at lunchtime but some how couldn't get inspired.  So tonight you have this little collection of animals that I have gathered over the years on holidays around the country where we often visit local potteries.   

Hoping your day has been kind to you.  I'm off to try my latest concoction which is cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and cardamon (all ground) and sprinkled over natural yoghurt.  Oh, Andy has just got in and his verdict is 'it went okay, only one disaster and a few slight mishaps'.  I think I better get the kettle on!
