Bluebell Araucana

I love blue eggs! Part of the recipe for my home made burgers on Sunday... yum!!
At Little Grimsby we had our own hens, one of which (Jelly) laid blue eggs - when she felt like it, which was about one day in two when the cross breeds laid daily in summer, and once in a blue moon (ha) in winter...
Do they taste better, or is it my imagination?
