Essential oils

A gift from my lovely sister... already put a few drops of 'sleep ease' blend on my pillow... Didn't sleep well last night, then had to drive to office in Doncaster, get on the phones till 3.30pm, then drive to Birmingham (King's Norton and Redditch) for tastings, both small but fairly painless sales, 'home' to no.8 by 10.30pm, unusually... Have tried to watch Liverpool v Watford highlights both of the last two nights, yet to see Van Dijk's goals as fell asleep within a few minutes of programme starting... suspect it would be the same again if I tried tonight... maybe tomorrow morning...
