Seeing a new house

Went to have a look at a new house today, not for us but an investor back in the UK. Love looking round these properties.

Nice looking property, huge kerb appeal, and not far off rent ready. Probably needs a couple of thousand to be rent ready and not with that much work either.

The problem I think will be residency conditions, eg it has to go to a US citizen because of who the lender is (Federal Government). However it's priced sufficiently high that it might not get an offer in and the conditions will relax.

And if they relax, we need to be on this property in no time. We missed the last one - pissed about that. Not missing this one. Doesn't help that our realtor isn't very well at the moment but I figure we have a couple of weeks in hand.....
