More Ammo!

Being a nice chap at the Sporting Desk at Walmart is paying off dividends. I now know when the deliveries are, what's in the delivery (if I ask the day before it turns up), and what time to be at the desk to buy.

Only problem is that Walmart only allow three ammo items to be bought. And these are small boxes of 50. But anyway, it's 150 more than I had before!

You might think that this is over the top in finding ammo at the moment but I can assure you it's not. There is a huge dearth of ammo right now and the key is timing your visit to a shop as they get a delivery.

Plus Walmart is about the only seller of ammo who isn't gouging either. A usual 9mm 50 round box of 115gr FMJ is around $12. Gun shops are charging close to $40. And guess where they are buying ammo from these days - Walmart!

Next delivery is Tuesday morning. Hoping - HOPING - that they have the 500 ammo boxes of 22LR. 3 of them will see me right!
