Scudding clouds

Citizens Advice was not too busy this morning perhaps because it is half term. I got away promptly, called in at the shop to check there was no work to collect and returned home for a late lunch. The weather was good enough for a walk despite a cold wind. I took the opportunity as the weather forecast suggests more very unsettled weather. So far we have escaped flood and wind damage except for one fence panel that was on its way out anyway. There is a rare flood warning on the nearest river, rare because the water levels here are usually so well managed by the pumping stations.
