Should have left earlier!

View from the bedroom window after an intense shower of hail and sleet. Lunchtime. It was melting fast when we did leave. A long convoluted journey to Southampton completed around 930pm, a long delay due to an accident near the end was an unwonted sting in the tail. Having felt rough all day I am hoping for a long and restorative sleep
