Got asked to stay late and do a bit extra at work tonight....as I'm now off for a couple of weeks holiday and the like, I didn't refuse. Pausing in at the local shop on the way home for a couple of beers to ease my way into my time off, and a pack of my post-ride refuel fizzy drink of choice - let the recommencement of cycling, erm, commence!
