Syrup

This reminded me that sometime in the early-mid 90s I thought of doing a club night called 'Syrup' featuring a different wig-wearer on the flyer each time. Playlist was inevitably going to be a pretty standard alt/indie/grunge/psych/garage kind of affair - Sonic Youth, Pixies, Velvets, REM, Doors, Dinosaur Jr, Loop, Spacemen 3, Stooges, Hendrix, Mudhoney, Nirvana, 13th Floor Elevators, MC5, Husker Du, Love, that kind of thing.
