A free day, and a great weather day for cycling....so that's what I did. First ride for twelve days and it felt good, although the last 10 miles back into town and home saw me flagging a bit. Best go out tomorrow then and keep building fitness back, it's the only option.

Out in the evening to see Bait at the Odeon on Lothian Road, a place where I never expected to see summat like this. I'd somehow missed this film when it got released last year and I'd heard loads of good things about it. I wasn't disappointed. Terrific.
