Langland Bay

It’s been a beautiful morning here.
We did another coastal run, just short of 9K this time, with a coffee and toast break half way. We were running into 40mph winds on the way out and it felt more or less like we were at a stand still at times getting up the steep hills. Much easier on the way back with the wind behind us!
There were some amazing waves and plenty of beautiful views to look at to take our minds off running up the hills.
Such a nice way to spend a Saturday morning.
