Come on Wales!!

Did the Swansea Bay park run again this morning with an ok time which nearly killed me. A bit of shopping in Swansea and then another short run in the park with the dogs when we got back. Home in time to welcome Master M who’s back from uni for the weekend. Lovely to have him home for a few days.

Now for an afternoon of rugby. I’m becoming more of a fan recently but it mystifies me most of the time. Still a football girl at heart.
