Coastal Run

Mr M and I did a lovely 5K coastal run this morning, with a stop half way for coffee and toast and a run on the beach for the dogs. 
We’ve walked this path many times before but never run it. It’s quite up and down and steep in places but I liked the variety and it was wonderful to be running by the sea. Stuck to the path for most of the way but ran on the sand for part of the return journey. 
We’ll definitely be doing this again, maybe a bit further next time.
