Lazy. Very lazy.

Our pal Mary popped in to visit after her swimming session this morning. We've been encouraging her to keep going to it, so it was great that she made the effort  (... I can talk - I used to go to it).

I popped to the doc for a blood test, and that was the sum of my exercise today (1,700 steps). I watched the Djokovic/Federer match. And in the afternoon, while JR took Archie out (nearly 10,000 steps) and they were just home before the rain, I continued with several episodes of the American 'Office'. Very very lazy.

Here's Archie, trying to rouse me to play tug-of-war with him, which I did manage. I WILL do more steps tomorrow!
