Newton Moor Trig Point

After yesterday's debacle we needed to get out in the sunshine and fresh air and let Bella May have a good run.

We set out from our house up the track, on slippy ice, across fields, through bogs, over gates and stiles, up hills (gentle ones) and ended up at Newton Moor Trig Point. The view was not that clear but still beautiful.
On one of the photos the summit of Pendle Hill can just be seen above the clouds.

When we got home we had a cuppa and we all fell asleep.

Feeling much better today.
