Dinner for 12?

After posting yesterday's Box Terrier crate hammer, I decided to revisit the trinkets sent to me by my parents. I shoved the 6 napkin rings in my bag and headed off to work.

Much of the morning was spent with orchids and my macro lens. They're beautiful, but not that exciting. So I started to play with the napkin rings. I wanted something abstract, so I nestled one into the back of the other, and lined them up so that there was some sense of symmetry. Abstract and symmetry? I dunno, I just didn't want a picture of six napkin rings...

Once happy with the layout, I remembered that I had a mirror in my office. Voila - dinner for 12!
