With lights

We’re back down South, having driven down today in every weather - snow in Cumbria, mist and fog on the A1, sunshine as the front passed over and we stopped for a walk by Rutland Water and then we arrived in London to rain.

Went straight to our daughter’s home and then for a meal at an excellent Seafood Restaurant in Crouch End, where our son-in-law met us - he left his bike outside (he cycles to work in central London). We then drove through to Sevenoaks and checked in the Premier Inn at 11pm. This weekend is going to be complicated - one day at a time I think!

I did have some rather boring photos taken at Rutland Water, but liked this portrait of Joanne at the restaurant, in front of the sparkly lights.
