The gym was as excruciating as I remembered. Tedious, bland and boring. Ho hum.
Positives today? A bacon roll indulgence and a beautiful exhibition of Barns-Graham at the City Art Centre. Two lovely books bought for the workshop and some good exploration of the abstraction process with one of the members. Quite enlightening.
