Quiet day

Youngest daughter left this morning to drive north. The house feels emptier without her. We have had a happy time all together and it is over all too soon. Today has been spent making curtains for my eldest daughters narrowboat, eating leftovers, making stock and relaxing (hence this blip) Until today there had not been time to notice these nice shadows created by the tree - love a good shadow, me!
