Light night

This morning I was itching to paint.. so decided to get the whole family involved... 4 of us round the table and three watercolours, some inks and charcoal, water soluble crayons  and various implements to spread colour or water.. Landscapes was the theme and we had a lot of fun playing.  (extras)

Before Christmas I thought it would be fun to go to Blenheim to see the Christmas Light show.. we were lucky enough to be able to get to it tonight even though we are in tier 4.  It was freezing cold but very magical.. what a fabulous display. After the miserable year we have had it has definitely cheered us up. We came home to mulled wine and pudding of apple crumble which warmed our cold cockles, topped off with a little Christmas port and a game of Chameleon..
