Thank you for all the well wishes for son Matthew’s engagement and my birthday yesterday. Life has got in the way of individual replies.

Off to York today for lunch before delivering eldest son Stephen to York Station. He has some cases to deal with before he returns for Christmas.

We had a lovely lunch at Manions before a wander in the rather misty Museum Gardens and then onto the station. I grabbed this shot when I left Stephen securing a table at the cafe. I quite liked the lampost and lights to lift the image.
