“Dad, can I take this ****** hat off now, please?”

Chloe is not a fan of dressing up for Christmas or any other time. She even runs for cover if we bring her fleece pullover out so that Santa hat was a bit of an effort. However, a little treat bribery did the trick. So no more silly hats, Chloe, I promise.
It’s been a right misery of a day since way before breakfast. However, we did venture forth for a brief shopping trip and I took Chloe out this afternoon when the rain stopped for a moment. Didn’t work though, rain came back on again and we got a bit wet.
