First Sunday of Advent.

I have been for a brisk walk in the neighbourhood enjoying the beauty of nature, edged with frost. Some parts of the canal are frozen but it all looks very beautiful.
It is very cold, clear blue skied and with a low sun in the sky.
I watched some of Songs of Praise, and if it is not any colder before sunset, I hope to go to evening Mass.
