Happy St Andrew's Day.
It has been great having Maria home for a long weekend and celebrating my birthday with her and Paul my husband.
We went on a frosty drive through Clitheroe to Bashall Barn, in the Ribble Valley. where we enjoyed lunch.

Our beautiful Christmas tree  is up and Arthur has gradually got used to it. A very cold evening, but we are cosy. Paul is watching formula 1 and I am making pizza. A candle shall be lit. A peaceful homely time.
