Where Are the Lights?

A hasty shot taken in George Street resulted in an elementary mistake - you can hardly fail to notice the tree growing out of the roof of a taxi. 

My excuse is that it was far too cold to stand around taking pictures.

George Street usually has very elaborate light installations for Christmas, this year's are decidedly low key. I wonder why?
