The Land Of United

I was off to Chicago today - not working but as a passenger, heading to a training/conference/pep rally - not sure what to call it! I am with 13 other Flight Attendants from London and we are joining 700 others from our other bases around our system. That’s a huge amount, but there ARE 27,000 of us at United! And that’s just Flight Attendants! These events have been going on all year and we are attending the second to last.

It’s been very snowy in Chicago and it was COLD! But not as cold as it has been earlier this week. By the time we got to the hotel none of us were interested in going out so we had dinner right there in the hotel. We even bumped into others who used to be based in London, so it was a happy reunion and a good start to the event.
