Don't Look Back

Bright sunlight streamed through the trees creating a zebra crossing of light and shade along the length of the track, bringing out the colour of the orange leaves. I'm not sure of the purpose of this avenue of trees since it doesn't appear to lead anywhere, although judging by the even spacing of the trees it would seem to be man-made.

It's one of those seemingly innocuous places that on reflection made me feel a little uneasy. Perhaps the one leaning trunk, or all the bare branches sticking out.
