WALK IT OFF

COULD BE BETTER

WEEK 44: lost 1 stone and 5 pounds
AIM: to use the three treat rule.

Bit disappointed with this as I kept my aim last week and tried really hard....but I although I had small meals I think I had a few too many treats in between. It may only have been a couple of chocolates,a piece of cake, slice of toast or a sneaky piece of cheese but if you put these altogether on a plate that's an extra lunch!!! So I'm going to allow my self 3 treats a day. I've got a 3 strand bracelet and I will wear it on one arm and take off a strand after each treat last time I did this it made me more aware of how much we ladies love to pick!!!!!
