KICK UP BUM NEEDED!!

WEEK 43: lost 1 stone 4 pounds
AIM: no alcohol or crisps and nothing after 7 o'clock.

Really pleased that I only put on 1 pound over Christmas and New Year celebrations but now I've got to get back on track. I've only got 9 weeks left to hit 2 stone target......12:10!
