Astrantia

Its Astrantia time again....they are flourishing at the moment.  Whilst I photograph them often and love seeing them in the garden, they need to be watched or they will seed and spread. Be warned :)  

We did a big (for us) bike ride this morning, all the way down to the beach and back - lots of hills which we managed pretty well.

Gardening and trimming the edges this afternoon.  

Started my Book Club read too,  title is "This is not my Beautiful Life" by Victoria Feddon...non fiction, and I'm really enjoying it.
