Warratah

Gosh, its been a scorcher again today, with a hot strong nor-westerly wind.
Our district craft group had an outing to Woodbury, a little village just beyond Geraldine.  
We visited a magnificent garden, with an abundance of rhodo and stunning trees....it is huge, I really don't know how they manage to keep it in such an immaculate state, especially in spring.
We enjoyed a picnic lunch on their terrace, where we could get out of the searing sun.
I only took the camera just in case I saw something that I wanted to photograph....and that was this beautiful warratah, ....I was surprised to see one down here.
The Wedding Tree took my eye, so a quick thirteen photos taken for a Pep.
Headache tonight - its just a heat one, nothing that a good sleep won't fix.  I'm closing down my laptop.  Have a safe and happy weekend.
Oh and my sincere thanks for the love on my astrantia yesterday, love those flowers.
