swim at 7.45 in calm, cold waters

A lovely thing happened as I was walking into the sea ..... a flock of swans flew from Bray Head direction towards Bray Harbour. Their wings made a soothing whooshy noise as they passed overhead. It was a lovely sight against the almost milky, bluey tones in the sea and sky.

It’s 9am so I gotta put my shoulder to the wheel.
