Poised

My friend just about to enter the water this morning. About 8 of us had a swim together.

Then 2 sets of tennis in Dun Laoghaire and lunch with a friend from France in The People’s Park (extra). We walked along the coast to Sandycove to watch the crowds in swimming. My second extra shows some girls jumping into the 40 foot. They were all laughing and having fun as their friends took photos.

I have been out and about since early morning and hung close to the sea all that time. I feel nicely tired and ravenously hungry

Sundays should be given over to leisure and social activities. There is too much hurly burly in this world of ours.
