The lovely Miranda!
Another chance to snap an outside blip with the early escape from the Coalface. I am so looking forward to the lighter nights and mornings coming in. I have to say a big thank you to her for getting me out and about cycling in the winter. We then did the last set of 5 again but for only 30 seconds. We rounded off with a wee circuit - rows, lunges and bashing the punch bag with the ViPR. Was a pretty intense class and fair wakes you up at 0615 in the morning. I am really starting to tune into this class - it is so different from the rest of the classes in which I particpate. It's only half an hour but it's as intense a half hour as you could possibly have
