Cosy

Last night's wild winds and torrential rain persisted all morning. We had to check out of our lodge by 10a.m. but were able to stay on and spend the morning in the pool before setting off home.

It was cold, dark and miserable all afternoon, though the gloom was brightened by Yeovil scoring a deserved late winner away at Chorley, meaning we went second in the table.

We were glad to light the first log fire of the Autumn this evening.
