The View From The Hot Tub

We've seen a fair bit of this view this week, particularly this afternoon, when the weather was so foul that we didn't go far.

The torrential rain forced us to stay indoors this morning and playone of those board games that featured in a blip last week, before heading into Newton Abbot to buy nibbles for this evening and have some lunch in the local Wetherspoon's.

This evening our friends Martyn and Elmer, who live not far away in Torquay, came ove for the aforementioned nibbles and some drink to wash them down. Mart &I were each other's best men and fellow Bromley Boys so there was much catching up and reminiscing done as we haven't seen each other for 6 months.

This is backblipped on Saturday; we're back home now so hopefully I'll have some time to catch up on commenting on journals from tomorrow.
