Ridiculous, yesterday I had never heard of an earth star let alone seen one, today I've been falling over them all day.
Took Eilidh to the zoo today as she had an extra day off and mum and dad were working. We covered the lot and she spent lots of energy in the various play parks too.
I was less impressed by the standard of food in the restaurant. The menu claimed that 75% of their food was freshly prepared, that clearly didn't include the responsibly sourced smoked haddock fishcakes which were warm and over filled with potato, nor Eilidh's fish fingers - both of which arrived well within 5 minutes of ordering. The speed was impressive but the quality didn't match either the claims nor the prices. Having said that, Eilidh enjoyed her lunch. Clearly I'm an old moan!
We had a fun day and the weather was beautiful. Highlights for Eilidh - spotting earth stars for Grandma - there really were lots, and having a lorikeet on her head.! See extra
