Marine Iguana

Our first day on the Galapagos islands and our expectations have already been exceeded. An afternoon visit to Mosquera after our first lunch on board Galapagos Legend.  

We have seen crabs, iguanas, sea lions, frigate birds, yellow warblers and beautiful soft white sand.  We have also undertaken out first wet landing - not too bad arriving, departing was a very inelegant entry like a sea lion rolling along the sand.

Our accommodation is beautiful and we are looking forward to our time in the Galapagos immensely.
