handy for meetings?

I've got some rescheduled training tomorrow and the chap I'm partnered with had this in his office, I would love to see someone get this out at a staff meeting and liberally spray it all around! hahaha!

I was very panicky about this training first time round but this time I just can't get my head into it and I seem to be having anxiety present itself physically, I've had prickly skin on my limbs all day and a twitchy left eye amongst other things.

just getting paperwork into order then I'll try to switch off.
