blue sky

I survived my day of recruitment training and it all went very well but this blip is of the lunchtime blue sky I missed out on!

I've also continued to feel out of sorts, still got the twitchy eye, today I also felt like there was a knife in my abdomen but I carried on and this feeling did subside by the time the training was over, could all be anxiety or the internet suggests I may have a liver condition or should maybe get my thyroid tested again.

I've booked an appointment with my friend Rachel for a reflexology treatment this weekend in an attempt to start rebalancing my body.
