Attention to Detail

Our planned walk along the left and right banks of river didn't pan out as we couldn't figure away from the harbour area onto the walking route, partly because a key road was elevated which was not evident on map.

However we had s pleasant stroll looking at workshops where boats were being made and then houses. There is an interesting mix of old and new. This door caught my eye.

We lunched on palettes and crepes (when in France .... ).

We then spent an interesting hour or so at the Musee du Peche which portrayed the history of fishing and different methods with dioramas and models and a visit to an old trawler.

More strolls along the seafront followed.
