Friends Reunited

Ann and Alastair came to visit en route to Madrid for their main holiday. Ann has over two pages of blip thumbnails to herself on here, so needs little by way of introduction - we met 41 years ago at the start of our law studies at Edinburgh University, both staying in Grant House, Pollock Halls of Residence where Lady Findhorn was our warden!

We lunched in Taberna Del Sants before going to Gaudi's manifesto house, Casa Vincens, for a delightful tour (with a welcome discount, it being the last Sunday of the month).

They love our local Frankfurter bar which is where we ended the night. They were not able to stay with us due to our latest Airbnb guests being in residence . . . in extra . . . one of whom is a Church of England priest and the other a Methodist minister. Lovely people, all.
