First Time

This afternoon we attended the first meeting of the Parkinson's Information Group run by the Parkinson's nurse and the multi disciplinary team she works with.  We met the Parkinson's UK Support Officer, the speech therapist, the physiotherapist and the Occupational therapist.  The Pharmacist Practitioner wasn't available today but we will have an appointment with her shortly.  We will also have an appointment with the physio to sort out an appropriate exercise programme.  We were very impressed.

After that we went to the gym to make enquiries about resuming our membership.  Still thinking about that one!

With regard to progress on the lawn, it has now been fed and is having its feed watered in as I write...  We are hoping it will help the bald patches...  More scarifying to come I think!
