Over the Fence

This is what happens when you hold your camera up high to try to get a shot over a wire fence so you can really see what is going on!  I'm just not tall enough to get it straight but I rather liked the effect and all the colours.

This is one of the busiest roads in Birmingham and it is currently closed because they are extending the tram way to Five Ways to link up parts of the city.  I'm hoping it will all be very attractive once it's finished.

We were on the sculpture trail again this morning and found some interesting stuff from a tribute to Claude Auchinleck to two brass lions and a giant pen nib.  We tried the bus route into the city instead of the train this morning as we wanted to be in one particular area.  It was ok going in but I think the driver was on a go slow on the way home.  PLUS  we paid contactlessly but haven't got a clue what we paid for as we didn't get a ticket!  We hope we didn't pay twice!

More scarifying done today too.  Still a bit more to do but my arms are aching!  We have given up on getting someone to do it for us - no one seems to want the job.
