A nice slow day today.  K. and I went to the cinema this afternoon.  We went to see 'Life of Pi' which I saw a few weeks ago with Mum.  K., unlike me, has read the book and liked it very much so was very keen to see it.  I, not having read the book, was so blown away by the visuals when I saw it, that I was very happy to sit back and let them wash over me again.......

And now home.  I am off tomorrow, using up a last few bits of leave, before everything starts properly again on Tuesday.  We are half-way through series 10 of ER, having watched it pretty much back-to-back.  What I don't know about chem 7, chem 20, CBCs and chest films.................
