Liverpool

Drove up to Liverpool last night to spend a couple of days with K's mum - we even ventured into central Liverpool and managed to snaffle a few bargains. Ordinarily, I am not a fan of shopping but I don't mind too much if I don't have to struggle too much and things just fall into my basket, as they did today.

This evening, we tried a newish pie and ale place, Pi, which I would heartily recommend.

I do love me the architecture in Liverpool and I was starting to get serious building withdrawal.......
