The New Zealand Kereru eating Nikau Berries

I stalked this bird for 30 minutes! I had to creep very slowly as he seemed rather jumpy! I was thrilled to get as close as I did and I was very impressed with how these heavy birds can hang completely upside down while eating their meal.
